Background and Credentials

Dr. Nilsson completed her doctoral training in Audiology in 2004 at the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, AZ. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology/Audiology in 1994 and a Master's degree in Audiology in 1996, both from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA.  She received her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) in 1997 from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, which is the national certification standard for Audiologists.  She is a member of the Academy of Dispensing Audiologists and is a Washington State Licensed Audiologist.

Dr. Nilsson is also currently serving her second year of a three year term as President of the Washington Society of Audiology
